The challenge

A B2B SaaS platform was getting found on Google but invisible in the AI answers buyers were starting to ask first. Demos came in from paid channels and direct, but the organic pipeline was flat — and as more of the buying journey moved into ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI, “ not in the answer” was costing the company deals it never got to see.

The approach

Six months of GEO, not a one-shot campaign. AI visibility audit across five engines, restructured pages for citability, schema and entity work that told the engines exactly what the product was and why it belonged in the answer, technical GEO to make sure the AI crawlers could read the site cleanly, and monthly citation tracking tied to the conversion KPI we’d agreed on up front.

The result

By the end of month six, organic visibility was up 86%, and a channel that simply didn’t exist before had opened: in a recent month, 25% of inbound leads named an AI assistant as how they found the company — up from effectively zero before the work began. The compounding is the point: the work done in month two is still paying in month six, and the curve hasn’t turned.
